2. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service fee.
3. Pricing
All service prices are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed with you prior to the cleaning appointment. Additional charges may apply for extra services or unusual cleaning conditions.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
5. Liability
We treat your home with care. However, CleanCa Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear-and-tear, or items not securely mounted. We are insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
